Planning And Pitching A Print-Based Media Product

YOU MUST provide the Exam board with evidence of Planning a Front Cover and DPS (Double Page Spread) for your own Music Magazine from the sub-genre of your choice – This SHOULD have been decided during Unit 1 – Analysing Media Products and Audiences.

The unit is made of 5 Learning Objectives

By completing this unit learners will understand printbased media products and the importance of research and planning to produce them. They will understand how to generate and select ideas for their own print-based media products, and pitch them to an editor, a client or a focus group. Learners will understand how to use feedback gained from their pitch to inform a production plan
